ABOUT VICTORIA RODINO, PHD
Dr. Rodino is a distinguished healthcare leader with a PhD in Industrial–Organizational Psychology from Walden University and a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University. She served on the Houston Christian University Advisory Committee, where she contributed to advancing healthcare education, workforce development, and policy. Dr. Rodino pairs a rigorous academic foundation with a commitment to research-driven, human-centered solutions that strengthen health systems and empower the communities they serve.
Her other passion is Virtual Health, where she is widely recognized for pioneering transformative digital care initiatives. In 2016, she launched Texas’ first Medical Board–approved virtual urgent care program at Children’s Health Dallas—a groundbreaking model that has since expanded nationally. She later led the development of a comprehensive digital health ecosystem that now spans more than 80 specialties and expands access to essential care for thousands of pediatric patients across the state.
Dr. Rodino’s current work includes evaluating value-based care initiatives and their return on investment to support more efficient, patient-centered delivery models. A sought-after speaker at national conferences, she is widely known for her thought leadership in telemedicine, digital health strategy, and the ethical integration of emerging technologies to advance access, outcomes, and health equity.
